All deposits must be made from a payment source that is registered in your own name. We do not accept third-party payments, and deposits made from payment methods not belonging to you will be rejected and returned. You agree not to use our Platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity. We reserve the right to conduct due diligence checks on all transactions and to request source of funds documentation at any time. We reserve the right to investigate any transactions that appear suspicious or inconsistent with your known transaction patterns. Suspicious activity may be reported to the relevant authorities without prior notice to you. We may also freeze your account and withhold funds pending the completion of any investigation. 4. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

4.1 Bonus Eligibility and Terms

The wagering requirement specifies the number of times you must wager the bonus amount (and in some cases, the deposit amount) before withdrawal is permitted. Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. All bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or modify a bet after it has been placed and confirmed. We reserve the right to void any bets that were placed as a result of obvious errors, including but not limited to manifest errors in odds or pricing, technical glitches, or incorrect game results. In such cases, all affected bets will be voided and stakes returned to affected players.

• Colluding with other players or engaging in any form of syndicate play
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors for personal gain
• Using insider information or participating in match-fixing or other forms of sports corruption
• Engaging in advantage play, arbitrage betting, or matched betting across multiple platforms
• Using fraudulent documents or providing false information
• Allowing another person to use your account or using another person's account
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or terrorist financing
• Using our Platform while located in a prohibited jurisdiction or using geo-masking technology

If we detect or suspect any prohibited activity, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or close your account, void any bets, confiscate all funds in your account, withhold any winnings, and report the matter to the appropriate regulatory authorities. We may also pursue legal action to recover any losses we have suffered as a result of such activity.

5.3 Game Integrity and Random Number Generators

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform and Content for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include any right to: (a) resell or commercial use of the Platform or Content; (b) collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices; (c) derivative use of the Platform or Content; (d) downloading or copying of account information; (e) use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools; or (f) any use of the Platform or Content other than for its intended purpose. Any unauthorized use terminates the permission or license granted by us.

8. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BWJILI, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, AND LICENSORS (COLLECTIVELY, THE "BWJILI PARTIES") SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM: (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE PLATFORM; (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE PLATFORM; (C) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE PLATFORM; (D) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT; OR (E) ANY MATTER RELATING TO THE PLATFORM.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE. THE BWJILI PARTIES DO NOT WARRANT THAT: (A) THE PLATFORM WILL FUNCTION UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE; (B) DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED; (C) THE PLATFORM OR THE SERVERS THAT MAKE IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS; OR (D) THE PLATFORM WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR EXPECTATIONS.

While we strive to provide accurate information and a seamless gaming experience, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information on the Platform. We are not responsible for any errors or omissions, or for the results obtained from the use of such information. You assume all risk associated with your use of the Platform.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the bwjili Parties from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your violation of these Terms; (b) your violation of any rights of another party, including other users; (c) your violation of any applicable laws, rules, or regulations; (d) your Content or any content that is submitted via your account; (e) your willful misconduct; or (f) any other party's access and use of the Platform with your username, password, or other security code.

10. Termination and Account Closure

We may suspend or terminate your account and your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately, at our sole discretion. Grounds for termination include but are not limited to: violation of these Terms; suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; failure to verify your identity when requested; providing false or misleading information; failure to meet wagering requirements for bonus funds; or any other reason we deem appropriate.

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, you must withdraw all funds from your account (subject to any wagering requirements or restrictions). Any funds remaining in your account after closure will be returned to you via your preferred payment method, minus any applicable fees or charges. Bonus funds and winnings from bonuses that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Upon termination or closure of your account, all rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through good-faith negotiations between you and bwjili. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. or another mutually agreed upon arbitration body.

The arbitration shall take place in Metro Manila, Philippines, and shall be conducted in English. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties. Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of a party's intellectual property rights.

12. General Provisions

12.1 Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes to these Terms, we will post the updated Terms on our Platform and update the "Last Updated" date at the beginning of these Terms. We may also notify you of material changes via email or through a notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes. 12.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies or guidelines posted on our Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and bwjili regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral, regarding the subject matter herein.
